On Thursday, March 15, 2002, Children in Mrs. Larkin's Third Grade Clas at The Belle Harbor School - P.S. 114Q, Rockaway Beach, Queens, NYC observed the first of their EMERGENT tulips: They appear to be approximately 2cm each!!!!
