I was heading East on HWY P leaving Stevens Point towards Wisconsin Rapids at around noon. I saw this big bird soaring back and forth from the Wisconsin River to my left; over the highway and back again. When I got closer i slowed down and it passed directly over me. It was a magnificent Bald Eagle!
