I have another report, although a little late. On Saturday, March 16, on our way to a Photofest exhibit in downtown Houston, my husband and I saw a tattered and hungry looking monarch flying in a small garden full of flowering plants which included some milkweed. We were amazed this lone butterfly found this isolated garden surrounded by concrete and tall buildings in downtown Houston.
