I am so thrilled, our tulips have emerged! The bed has a side that gets more sun than the other, so they are up a tad more than the others. When the children return from vacation next Tues. we will go outside to see if we can count them.
This year I ordered the bulbs from Journey North. From what I see the foliage is very thick and healthy. It is a vibrant green with burgundy highlights on the edges.
We are expecting near 70 degree weather in the next few days, then some snow on Easter Monday. Hold on tulips!
