I spotted my first adult Monarch this afternoon at 2:20. The temp. reached approx. 70 degrees and was windy. I could not determine sex as I was driving car and could not look long enough.

I am looking every day. The only milkweed here is some that I have overwintered in our workshop in the back yard. I did see one of my Incarnata Swamp milkweed just barely coming out. It may be 1/4-1/2 inch, but that is the only one. I check for milkweed several times a day. Will also keep a watch on the milkweed in other spots that I know about.
