At 6:50 pm Wed 3/27, saw one adult Monarch, large and in good condition, flitting around a tree in the southwest part of the City of Lubbock, Texas (cross streets 85th street at Raleigh Avenue). Weather conditions were clear skies, temperature about 65- 70 degrees, not too windy.
