Three Monarchs spotted at 1:30 PM today. Two were bright, brilliant orange and black and the other was faded and tattered. They were nectaring on pear trees which are in full bloom. Although one was a bit faded they seemed to be strong. The temp. is 83F with a slight breeze. We are expecting 1-3 inches of rain tonight and tomorrow. No milkweed plants have been be located as of today.
