This sighting occured in Morrilton, Arkansas which is about 50 miles north west of Little Rock. Five monarchs, 2 female and 3 males were flying around a large pine tree around 6:00 p.m. They were flying in and out of the tree and occasionally flying in a spiral together. No milkweed has emerged yet in the area.
