Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/31/2002

Number: 1

I saw two monarchs in my garden at 12:05 PM. The temp was 90 degrees and the day was calm and sunny. Their wings were bright and they were nectaring on both my orange and grapefruit blossoms and flying around the other plants that have not yet flowered. They flew around my entire garden, chasing each other in circles. They would land on a citrus blossom for a minute or so and then continue their dance in my garden.
