Female Monarch,torn left hindwing. Milkweed in bloom, potted plants outdoors(started from seed last fall, overwintered indoors). outdoor plants just barely breaking ground.Observed laying eggs on 4 potted plants. Confirmed 6 eggs underside of leaves, present from 12noon to late afternoon still laying eggs.
