Finally our tulips are blooming.They are two weeks behind last year's bloom date. These tulips sat in water for several weeks after they emerged and then just as they were ready to bloom we had several inches of snow. The snow soon disappeared and the tulips have now bloomed. They have quite twisted stems and leaves but the blossoms are beautifully formed.
