We are sorry to be submitting this so late. It was a very strange spring arrival with hardly any water for the winter and so mild in temperatures that all of our flowers emerged at once. This included all of our other spring flowers besides our tulips. The red tulips came up the same time as did all of our other tulips. In other years, they came up much sooner. At one point it was very hard to tell what was emerging until we saw the leaves!
