A friend reported that our tulips began opening on Sunday, April 14. When we came to school Monday morning the tulips were in full bloom. We are pleased to report that all the bulbs bloomed. Over the weekend we had experienced unusually warm temperatures. The temperature on Monday (4-15-02) was nearly 90 degrees and it was very windy. As a result, our tulips were looking a little wilted by the end of the day.
