I was riding my bike to work last Thursday, the 11th, and I saw a robin in the tippy-top of a cottonwood tree. Every year he's the first robin I see. It usually takes a couple of weeks before anybody else spies one. We're having weird weather, too. It's been cold and clear for the last six weeks, so we have LOTS of snow on the ground. A storm came in yesterday that brought strong winds, snow, rain, and snow mixed with rain.(A Northern Observation Post Report)
