First swallowtail butterfly spotted here. I'm guessing it's from a chrysallis that overwintered in the gardens as there are probably at least 3 types of swallowtail around this area in the summer. This one was possibly either a Tiger or a Giant but couldn't get close enough to ID with certainty.
