Not five minutes ago, 5:50pm, I finally saw my first hummingbird. Good thing I hung up a feeder yesterday. I didn't expect to see him return today as it has been dreary and raining all day. I'm sure he is a local one returning as he knew exactly where to go to find where the feeders were last year. With the weather being as it has been, they are 3 days later than last year and 6 days later than 2 years ago. Better late than never. Hummer daze begin.

This is to replace my first report, stating the first hummingbird arrived on June 9th instead of May 9th.
