Saw a fresh male monarch at the National Wildlife Visitor Center at @ 3 pm on Sunday. The butterfly flew from the south towards the northeast and then stopped briefly to nectar on a wildflower in the garden. It was a sunny, breezy day, with temps in the high 60s.
