We saw 2 large monarchs soaring over our back hill area. While on a bike ride within a mile from home we saw 3 more. All seem in good shape. Wings were not tattered and I was surprised how large these butterflies were. We do not have milkweed growing yet.Since it has not been warm here until recently there are no flowers to feed from. Where do they get food?
