single monarch sunning on 6' wooden fence. Wings closed for few minutes then open for 2-3 minutes. Underside of wings resembled dead leaf (brown) in color. Upside wings had color of burnt orange. Monarch then flew to top of weeping willow tree. Temperature 75 degrees with winds 5-10 mph.
