I reported a first sighting for spring monarch (looked new) 5/28/02. Today was only the 2nd one I have seen in the yard, and it is the first one of the season that I have seen that was dull and tattered. The milkweed is 3 feet high and I don't have any eggs yet. Last year we had eggs starting 5/20/01.
