The monarch was sighted at the National Cross Country course at UW-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin (in between Milwaukee and Chicago). I was running across the field when I saw the butterfly. The monarch was adult size, and it stayed in the field for quite a while. My father also saw the monarch.
