I am not a teacher but I love Hummingbirds. We have a pair that return every year. We have 2 feeders which we keep clean and filled. They are Ruby throated and adorable. They seem to be getting use to us being out on the deck when they feed. I have 2 bird baths that I fill everyday for all the birds we have several species of birds and enjoy all of them.
