We tagged and released this butterfly from our classroom, which was from a caterpillar I found near my home. More to come, we have found several caterpillars this year. Today was our first day of school -- such an exciting event!!

I released two butterflies, from my neighborhood caterpillars, with young friends on 08/23/02.
