Hi!
It's very sad here. Very few monarchs at all. I have a natural butterfly house that I have raised caterpillars in that I've rescued before haying. I have always found over 100. This year I have found about 25. I have seen only 3 monarch butterflies even though I have almost 3 acres of land naturescaped for birds and butterflies. I have 14 butterfly bushes and 11 gardens. People in the area are finding similar situations. I have to wonder how much of the tragedy in Mexico last winter is affecting this year's season. Do you think they will be able to recoup?
