Over the past 2 weeks we have tagged and released over 50 monarchs - we raised them from eggs that were found in our milkweed gardens at school - 25 teachers are involved this year and our gardens are attracting about 2 monarchs a week - it will interesting to see if any of our neighbors southwest of us are spotting any tagged monarchs that may have come from richmond - let us know - have about 30 more caterpillars growing -
