Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 09/30/2002

Number: 1

On a Warm and mostly sunny day we saw Hundreds of Monarchs feeding
Goldenrod and Fallasters on the shores of Lake Ontario.I haven`t seen so many for a long time .I must thank the Town of Ajax for leaving big areas uncut ,onsprayed ,back to nature on our long waterfront.
All Monarchs looked the same size and in A1 condition .(I asume young once.)
Today there are more in all our gardens ,Temp is 28 celcius and we have a southwest wind .I do hope they have good crossing .U
