After two weeks of rain and muggy weather our third grade class finally went out to check on our milkweed and butterfly garden. We saw two monarchs. Last week we also saw 3 and we were able to tag one of them. They looked extremely healthy and very large compared to some of the other monarchs we have seen in Georgia. They flew directly south. We hope they have a nice flight to Mexico.
