We planted tulips in three different places.Some were planted upside down and different depths. We predict the upside down tulip will not grow up. The ones planted deeper will come up later. We had a warm Sept., but very wet and cold Oct. It was in the thirties when we planted them. It's predicted we will have a cold, snowy winter. We hope the snow will protect the bulbs.
