The rain let up just long enough for Miss Serine's third graders at Wayside School, Ocean, NJ, to hurry outside to plant their tulip bulbs. The mud, puddles, and earthworms just added to the fun! Along with our regular bulbs we planted some upside down, sideways and half bulbs. "I can't wait until spring!" said Jay.
