On November 11, 2002, our third and fourth grade classes planted 21 tulip bulbs in the Memory Garden on our school grounds. Nineteen students and two teachers planted one bulb each. We have completed a unit of study of maps including learning about latitude and longitude. We're looking forward to tracking the coming of Spring through North America and linking the Journey North with our study of Geography and the Regions of the United States.
