I have just finished reading "Four Wings and a Prayer" by Sue Halpern and although I have always been fascinated by monarchs reading this book has just given me an overwhelming desire to become involved in monarch sightings and tracking. Although I live in a small town setting I try to grow plants in my backyard that will attract monarchs as well as other insects and birds. At this particular time the project just involves me but since I work for a community college there is a possibility that my project could expand if the interest would be there for our students. I'm hopeful.
