I live in Central New York just a bit east of Syracuse in a small town called Jamesville. My husband went out to get the paper this morning about 7 am and saw 12 Robins on our front lawn which is completely covered with snow. I live in a wooded area with lots of mature trees and cedar trees. My street is Cedar Heights Dr. I remember loading the car last year to go skiing and seeing robins then too.It was about this same time. I'm not sure if they have started to come back already or have wintered here. I'm not a bird expert.
