Approximately 30 robins were in my mother's front yard. They spent most of the morning on the flowering plum tree. Although the ground was snow covered, there was an area close to the house which was not. They flew in small groups (3-6) to this area, moving the leaves and pecking at the dirt there. They were busy chirping and chattering at each other.
