While our tulips have just poked a few tops up, the daffodils we planted in a bulb comparison study are about ready to bloom. It has turned cold here with night temps reaching 32 degrees. We have had a mild winter - these are the first freezing temps since Oct. We are measuring soil and air temperatures every Monday.
