Today I saw 50-75 American Robins in a loose group,in some sort of evergreen with blue berries on it. They were feeding on them. Some sang but for the most part it was very quiet. This lot stays at High Park in Toronto Ontario Canada year round. I had seen them on Jan28 a well as Jan23. I was surprised to learn from a posting on Ont birds that robins stay around all winter. I had also seen some in Trenton Ontario,earlier in January.
