Observed feeding on Deer carcass on Big Tupper lake approximately 100 yds away. With use of telescope I was able to see a blue band on left leg and silver (or white) band on right. Its not unusual to see 3 at one time feeding on the carcass during the winter but this was the first time I noticed the bands.
