Just looked out my kitchen window and spotted Monarch on my purple Lantana. I grabbed my camera and took several pictures. The purple Lantana, some red Verbena and many wildflowers are blooming now. The temperature is in the 80's today and we have sunshine after several days of clouds and rain. I have seen several Sulphurs in the last week but this is the first Monarch. A lot of our Milkweed have leaves on them and have had for several weeks. Spring is here!
