Robin (WAVE seen)

Date: 03/03/2003

Number: 1

Although we still have a considerable snow-cover, I saw a large flock of robins occupying several trees in my neighborhood. This has been occuring at dusk every evening since 3/3. From what I understand, though, many robins migrate to the Long Island shoreline in the fall and winter there. I guess if these robins get sick of the snow, they only need to take a 30 mile flight back to the shoreline!
