For the wintering robins, we have counted a few robins in the Christmas Bird Count. It seems like more robins are being spotted in Southern NB. Overall, this is an average year for birds in the feeders. At the Christmas Bird Count, most of the birds spotted were found in forested area.

The past 2 ½ week have been under a cold spell. The average daytime high is -15oC. With the wind chill we are faced with -30oC. The snow coverage is low compare to average.(A Northern Observation Post)
