Our first run is based on setting our taps on 3/12/03. I work with many inner city type children who don't have good winter clothes so we start when they can go out with out having a negative experience .Based on local temperatures however if we had earlier runs they would have been short and many days apart. In thirty years of running out door education programs this has set a record for the longest one with constant snow cover. Since Christmas day and still counting.
