Observed the first large wave of 50-60 American Robins this evening on our large open lawn at about 5:45 PM. It has been unseasonably warm here today (70's). Rain and cooler weather are predicted later tonight. The local pair of Sandhill Cranes has also returned and I had my first Eastern Bluebird pair checking out the yard nestboxes last Saturday.
