We have had rain. Some of our tulips are under water. Some have small clumps of grass and dirt mixed in with the emerging leaves. We think they may have emerged 1-2 days ago, as some were as high as 5.2 centimeters. We have only had 5-6 warm days (temperatures above freezing, so we think that under the 7" of dirt they have been germinating.
