The spring migration really got underway at Selkirk P. P. on Saturday with flocks of Redwinged Blackbirds going north east all morning with a few Common Grackles. American Robins and Killdeers also were observed going over in good numbers. Going west along the Lake Erie shoreline were flocks of Tundra Swans. An influx of Song Sparrows appeared in the Spring Creek marsh
with 8 banded.
