Leaves on crabapples out 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Buds in stages from furry to fully opened with pollen tipped hairs on the willow shrubs by the Harvey Park lake. No other tree leaves noted in this area, fortunate considering 36 inches of snow that fell starting 3/18.
