TURKEY VULTURE - 1st local report from Art Ross on 18 March 2003 - seen over the Eardley Escarpment of the Gatinueau Hills (Quebec)....Followed by another report the following day 19 March from Paul Mirsky - seen flying over the Rockcliffe Airport in Ottawa...On 23 March, two were seen (by myself & m. obs.)heading north in a big hurry, near the town of Carp just west of Ottawa.
