Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/26/2003

Number: 1

Leading Edge of Monarch Migration! First Monarch sighted on sunny afternoon, high in the 70's with good south wind. Also reported 10 miles away, two female monrarchs feasting on wild flowers. The antelope horn milkweed is just popping up but the Butterfly Weed in my garden has 1" leaves. Here we go!
