Well, our tulips emerged but are being stubborn about blooming. The leaves are yellowish with brownish tips and no sign of a bloom forming. It has been a very wet spring and 7" down they may be sitting in water as we have a high water table in this area. We could be too far south for any but potted tulips! The neighbors up the street are having a similar lack of results...Any advice would be appreciated.
