It took me a few minutes to realize that I was seeing a hummingbird, I was so startled. He then perched himself in a tree and watched me, then as I walked off down the yard he followed me, re-perched himself when I stopped to view him again, and then off I went. It was almost like he was saying to me, here I am, I'm back, did you miss me. I was really warmed to see him.
