On April 3, Mrs. Ferguson was at the chalkboard. She turned around to look at us and saw a flash of bright red outside. We all turned to look out the window. Surprise! The first tulip of the year was blooming. It was one planted by Ms. Petrick's class.
Today is April 10. We now have about 6 of this year's tulips but many of the tulips in last years bed are blooming too. We Know spring is really coming! The third graders from 3B
