We're blooming in Greenacres! We've also been on Spring Vacation. Our teacher checked the tulips on Wednesday April 9th and there were no blooms. She checked again on Saturday, April 12th; again there were no blooms. However this morning we had blooms on many tulips. Since our classrooms planted our tulips in class groupings, it has been interesting to see whose tulips bloomed first. The three classrooms whose tulips get the most direct sunlight throughout the morning are blooming the most. The one classroom that gets direct sunlight later in the morning is just about to bloom. We predict they will be a day or two behind those in the sunnier location.
